We are Celebrating International Day of Yoga from past 5 years and supporting our P.M.'s vision towards Yoga. Every year we organize a small event in our city to make the whole surrounding positive and to make people fresh and tension free, also encouraging them to adopt yoga as a daily practice.
In addition to Moksha's different yoga awareness projects, we decided to dedicate a small yoga performance to the devine waters of river Ganga. With the help of Yoga, our mentor Yogacharya Subodh Negi has been bringing healthy and joyful smiles on his students faces since years and will continue to do so.
The number 108 has many important and symbolic meanings in diverse disciplines from mathematics to religions practices and yoga.We had organised a special event on the day of Makar sankranti to complete a series of 108 suryanamashkar under the early morning sunrise.
In the world of rat races, students are stressed for unrealistic cutoff marks. Therefore, Acharya Subodh Negi was invited by CNI to impart some knowledge of Yoga to the students. During the event the team of Moksha performed a series of yoga asans to relieve stress and anxiety among the students.
Hours a day sitting at desk or computer monitor and more hours doing homework cause a young body to tense up.Moksha Yoga Center had organised a Yoga Camp for the students and Acharya Subodh Negi taught the students Yoga in a very interesting and enthusiastic way.
When overall uncertainities of 2020 lead to loss of loved ones, depression, loneliness, anxiety and what not. When the whole world was shut down we still continued to teach Yoga and meditation through online classes. Yoga is right now the need of an hour.
